Appointments are never on time and checking in screen never works so people think they have registered but haven't which causes a longer wait.
Always at least 30 minutes behind.

If the check in screen appears to be not working correctly please ask the receptionist to advise the management so that we may find out why and resolve the problem. We apologise if your waiting time is unduly long, but this is often caused by the fact that although appointments are booked at ten minute intervals, extra time is given to any patients who require longer . Unfortunately if we were to allot more time to each appointment this would then reduce the number of appointments available in each session.
