Absolutely disgusting "Protocol is to make appointments to get the patient's hope up of being seen and then cancel this afterwards as they haven't done their job right in the first place"
This place used to be a reliable Health Centre where you could feel cared for and respected, now it's turned into a ridiculous joke of a surgery. If you want to be treated well DO NOT sign up here.
