The receptionist ( I do not know her name, but she was working on 09.11.2015) is very unpleasant person, especially toward foreigners. My friends told me many times that she is rude, not helpful and pretends that she does not understand even if the person speaks good english. She did not put my name into computer registration several times, so I was not able to register my arrival for the appointment using the computer touchscreen. By not enabling computer arrival she is able to manipulate patients order, so I am waiting always at least 15 min longer than I should even if the surgery is empty. The people who came after me are served before me. I am not sure if she is doing that because of personal antipathy to the foreigners or her poor level of services is common for evryone, but my feedback to this surgery is definately affected by her behaviour.
