One cannot fault the medical team here who are always helpful despite the pressures that they are under.
Trying to contact them by telephone for an appointment or results is a real pain. The initial answerphone take too long. I have had to listen to 'you're call is important to us' 25 times before finally hanging up. It has been quicker to drive a couple of miles to the surgery rather than be kept waiting on the phone.
