I tried to get an appointment for my lady who is disabled for a flue injection and they said that she would have to wait outside the door sat down in the rain and I said why isn't the seat Inside the door as it wouldn't be breaking lockdown rules as there is ample space inside and the answer I got from the receptionist named Ann was because she is usually rude but today o on the 27 /08 /2020 she was polite except for slamming the phone down, she was only polite because I had said I was going to phone the BMA about the receptionists at this surgery, you can't tell the head of surgery because the receptionist answers the phone my advice is don't go to this surgery if you want to be treated with respect by the receptionist, one or two are alright like Laura but the rest need to go on a training course on how to interact with people who are sick, thanks for reading this, good luck all Chris
