Suggested improvements
Improvements needed in Reception - some of the staff are brilliant, patient, polite and effective. Others are none of these. A converted effort must be made to return to the original ethos of a bilingual (Welsh & English) surgery, which should include Reception as well as clinical staff. It would be ideal if the needs of other locally strong language speakers, i.e. Polish, could be met. The surgery needs to integrate with the NHS Cymru digital network. There should be a choice of communicating with the surgery via email.
