Had appointment booked for 09:50 am for little child, reported to nursery reception at 09:40 am to confirm the appointment. 1.5 hours later waiting with a little child to be seen by the doctor i went to reception to find out why it takes so long, at this point i was told that my booking wasn't marked by receptionist, after another waiting time and no feedback from receptionist of the appointment progress we had to leave to seek advice elsewhere. I'm frustrated with a lack of professionalism from one of the reception attendant
