Not helpful to get a recorded message stating 'closed for training' with no indication of for how long and when will be open again. Went on website to try to re-arrange appointment, but as not registered on on-line system message is to call surgery to register ... surgery is closed! No message on the website stating that the surgery is closed and for how long. Assumed is closed for the rest of the day, but as no definite information then waste time phoning every half an hour..just in case it re-opens! Appointment that needed rearranging was for 8.40 am the next day. It would be helpful to have detailed information about closures on the website and in recoded message. Better still someone should be available to take calls and deal with appointment queries.
