Depending on which staff are on the reception can influence what service you receive. Marie and Tracy were on today and both are very friendly, helpful and kind towards patients. Joanne is another one who goes out of her way to be helpful and she is thoughtful too!!

Doctor who listens and is sympathetic waiting times are extremely long.
I waited 40 minutes.
Increase appointment time.
