After going through the automated system, I was told that I was number one in the queue. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes I decided to drive to the surgery and left my phone connected (hands free), when I arrived at the surgery there were two receptionists and nobody answering the phone. I had been waiting as (number one in the queue for approximately 30 minutes). When I spoke to one of the receptionists to explain the situation and that I had been waiting for approx. 30 minutes, she simply relied they were busy!. There were no patients in the waiting room when I arrived!!

Suggested improvements
Please answer the phone! and check/repair the website so people can make contact when they have complaints about the service.
