Had a phone appointment with Dr Head. Was called and asked to attend surgery. Didn't want to do this as was in a lot of pain but you insisted. Attended surgery to find it was Dr Head but what must be a random trainee who was completely out of their depth. They didn't have the first clue and by dragging me into the surgery you have made the pain worse and have refused to give me an appointment with Dr Head for well over a week when i should have seen him yesterday. Dr was changed without notiying me and was a complete waste of my time. The fact they offered me paracetamol showed they hadn't looked at my medical records and neither had the bothered to check the medication and doses I already take. In all my years ive never seen such poor performance.

Suggested improvements
Everything. Dont change peoples Dr without notifying them Dont ask them to come into the surgery when they requested a phone call Read the persons medical record and current meds before offering them paracetamol, otherwise you end up looking likely idiot that doesn't know what they are doing as that's the impression I was given. Rang this morning to make an appointment with Dr Head, refused to be given one in a timely manner even after yesterday fiasco, extremely poor Receptionists are not qualified gps and should not be advising patients what to do with their medication as they tried to do with me, this morning. Receotionists showed very poor attitudes and extremely unhelpful to the point it makes me angry.
