Have had no appointment where I have not been treated as required. I have no complaints about the care I have received. The only thing that I could complain about is the times I've still been sat waiting to see the G.P has sometimes been as long as 2 hours.

I am listened to and treated with respect and can ask questions without feeling I am time waster. All the doctors I have seen since starting at the surgery have shown compassion and been professional.
