I had a telephone appointment on Saturday with a locum doctor I trued ti discuss my tiredness which I said was due to a brain Inury she answered with I've.never heard of that I'm too young I was flabagastered I had to explain that I'd had front lobal brain I jury also told her more then three times I'd had blood clots and was on blood thinning medication and could only take paracetamol and she write me up with anatxipiline fir my headaches which when looking uo give yih blood clots I went a few months ago ad I suffer very badly fro. Depression as I was dud using the fact that I couldn't cope and felt suicidal the doctor when I looked was fast asleep the gentleman I care for saw a doctor about pain management only yo be told by the dictionary what medicines did the patient suggest the service is disgusting for a so called Doctor to not of heard of a brain Injury is baffling a d fir a Di fir to ask a patient what meci ne he should take likewise and fir a doctor for asleep when someone is telling them they don't want to be here anymore I ha e no words if i could rate it 0 I would to be honest the last time I we t they had no re irx of my appointment so I had to show that I had had a text message and the re eptionisy had no idea who the person was that I had the appointment with one word useless

Tru being an actual doctors surgery listen to your patients do t fall asleep on them make sure they k ow the patient to medical history and that the staff know who work there and also only employ people ie doctors who actually have been to medical school and knew about things such as Brain Injuries
