Ring over 100 times every time try to get appointment! When you get to the surgery always waiting minimum 40 mins after your appointment time to actually be seen I have waited up to 2 hours in the past! The receptionists are extremely rude when people are waiting st the desk they're all just chatting at the back of the surgery and have really bad attitude towards patients. Always different doctors in the surgery every week only 1 doctor which is regular and half the time isn't in! You may eventually get the medication you need but your waiting a long time to be seen or get an appointment and majority of the time the doctors barely speak English. Have seen Dr Boyd a lady a few times and she's actually sat there twice googling my symptoms and what to give me or sat there reading a doctor book to diagnose me and sent me back out to the waiting room for an hour just to give my anti biotics I asked for in the first place as I'd had the illness previous!
