Laughable booking system. I've called over 50 times since 8am, line engaged, got through at 8.40 and all appointments for the day have now gone. The only appointment I could get is in 5 days. They don't have a walk-in system for the surgery. I'm going to call again tomorrow hoping to get an appointment.
I'm booking for my elderly mother but I'll encourage her to move to another surgery. She was just going to turn up there today and wait, and she's ill. Disgraceful.
