Shocking service. My wife just called 137 times before she got in a queue for 15 minutes only to have missed all the appointments.

Suggested improvements
I'd suggest you get a practice manager and make it their responsibility to improve appointment availability. If you already have one, fire them and find one that can do their job. Are you just not measuring appointment availability? Are you aware but don't care? Can you not afford more Doctors? Can you not afford more receptionists? Do your Doctors not like working more than 1 hour a week? Sort yourselves out, this is just ridiculous
