the manor surgery is a welcoming place
receptionists are helpful and patient on the phone and f2f, if they say they will find something out and get back to you - then they actually do.
the nurses I have met have been universally efficient, friendly and run on time
the doctors have dealt with every member of my family in the last few years and have been universally helpful, caring and experienced. Dr Wanninayake and Dr Pritchett have been most involved and have both been brilliant with assessment, referral and follow up- thank you!
