I have a back problem and first off all I saw a nurse who quite frankly didn’t have a clue, the next time I saw a good doctor who sent me for an X-ray this took another two weeks to get the appointment then another two weeks for it to get back to the doctors . I contacted the surgery and had a conversation with the same nurse who was quite condescending when I asked her if I could have a stronger medication she said I don’t understand why you want stronger medication she made me feel like a drug addict I’m 63 and felt insulted.Ashe then advised me to take an over the counter drug for anti inflammatory!!! I told her I would take it for a headache but not for this . She doesn’t like to be questioned about her judgement. Anyway the doctor would have given me that in the first place she is useless she clearly thinks she’s a doctor.The other problem is getting appointments they tell you to ring at 8am you can’t get through and when you do there aren’t any left this surgery needs a good shake up. When my back problem is resolved I will be looking for a better more organized surgery.

Change the appointment system , the doctors to see their patients not the nurses I know they have to sometimes but the doctors are guarded by a fortress of receptionist I’ve never experienced anything like it.
