because gp practices have changed all over the uk, and its changed because the government have made them change their approach to their patients.
its inexcusable that we have to wait on the telephone for 50 minutes to get an appointment, especially when you are ill.
Suggested improvements
you cannot get any better unless you go against the government guidelines as to how you run your gp practice.
