I have not long been with the surgery and haven't had the best of starts. Tried to order a prescription over the phone to be told it has to be written down and given into reception, then wait 72 hours to pick prescription up, then take it to a chemist. Then trying to book an appointment to see a doctor I was told there was a 2 week waiting list and it would be a phone call. Really hope it improves .

Take calls over the phone to order repeat prescriptions.
