The medical staff (nurses, drs, health care assitants etc) are phenomenal. However, I encountered a hideously rude receptionist this morning. I had been waiting in a queue for 5 minutes and then she told me I was late! I was jndeed 5 minutes late but walked into the surgery in perfect time. The wait to see a GP is always at least 20 minutes as they are always running behind which I understand and never complain about but the receptionist really upset me this morning.
