Appointments are difficult at any surgery, and I fully understand the efforts this surgery is undertaking in an attempt to see as many patients as possible. Instead of incessant complaints, which is what the trend is, maybe we should try and find sensible ways to solve the situation relating to our demand on NHS services. I do not work for the NHS or any government department, but I come from a country where there is no free medical service, and perhaps we all need to try that, and then appreciate what the NHS does for us in the UK, before complaining.
