The reception lady in gray hair and glasses treated me terribly. in 10 minutes of being late, she yelled at me for being late and for not having a mask. I am suffering from diabetes after the 12h night shift. such behavior is unacceptable even I couldn't get to the word.
Suggested improvements
The ladies at the reception should be much nicer and above all not shout at people.
