When I joined the practice I noticed a sign that reads, "Your lack of planning does not constitute a crisis for me", I should have taken it as hint of the professionalism of the practice, as apparently their lack of competence doesn't either. In the 6 months, I have had the wrong dose of diabetic medication dispensed on repeat prescription, twice. They want you to use the patient access to order repeats, but don't keep the medication on there up to date. Not even close. I have had an ear infection, that a doctor dismissed as tinnitus, and after numerous calls about the pain, I was able to beg someone to look at it, and do a swab, and bingo ear infection. That was over the course off over a month. Today it was receptionists telling me something different from what they told me yesterday. Doctor receptionists have a reputation of treating patients badly, but Love Street takes the biscuit.

Suggested improvements
Employ receptionists that are competent, and maybe, just maybe, find someone who does not hate people.
