This has got to be the worst surgery I've ever joined in my life !! Got to the point now that they're not even answering the phone !! Receptionists clearly need a welcome host refresh training course ... getting up off the chair is even a hardship to come to the desk for them. ! Something is clearly lacking in this surgery, sort it NHS.
