My appointment was 9.15 I was seen on time, no problem being seen or making a follow up appointment.

The waiting times to see the doctor and nurse, both when booking an appointment and when you arrive for your appointment , needs to be considerably improved. waiting over an hour is unacceptable.
However the staff at reception and the doctors/nurses are all friendly and quite helpful.

The good thing is doctors behaviour and there are also Asian doctors which helps people who have language problems. But you charge people for medical certificates and letters but other GPs do not do that.

Nurse caring- gave advice regarding blood pressure.
Doctor Khan always caring and worried about me not following medical advice. Ring me at home with results of tests.
