Having to ting up for an appointment even for minor things such as a blood pressure check is irritating. Also the length of time you ha e to wait on hold to speak To a doctor. Over 20 minutes is the norm not good enough. For routine appointments for such things as a review of medication should be able to make appointment on website or by calls in at reception. Not st all happy with system for making appointments.
