I spoke to Wendy the receptionist and I found that she was very abrupt and unhelpful. I wanted to make an appointment for that day but couldn't get one and she failed to help me sort out a sooner appointment with my doctor or with another. I ended up having to tell her never mind, without getting an appointment. She then basically hung up on me. I was very disappointed with the service from the receptionist as I felt belittled and unsatisified.
