I saw the Nurse Practitioner, Mrs Emma Cain, who was extremely friendly, informative and resolved my issue that day. Having been to see Emma on previous appointments, I knew that I would receive great care. She is very knowledgable and chats you through required treatment or next steps. I would reccomend seeing Emma at the first instance, where appropriate. It was also quick to get an appointment - I phoned on Monday and was offered an appointment on Thursday, though due to my prior commitments took an appointment for the Friday of the same week.
