I'm sorry to say this Practice went downhill when Dr Dayananda left. I have been with this group of doctors for a very long time. I became a patient when at Riverside Health Centre. I stayed because of habit and the feeling better the devil you know.
Everytime i needed to ring.. the receptionist has a very bad attitude... Not at all helpful..
On times rude. I must say there is an original female doctor who i must say.. is always willing to help.. and always been very good but she has limited her time there now..
I've not been very happy with the service myself and family member has recently recieved and it wasn't until i moved GPs that i realised has bad things have become.
