Standing in reception and was told I had to phone in for a non urgent appointment. Just seemed ridiculous while I was stood right there! Eventually got an appointment!

Receptionists never seem happy to help always made to feel like you are putting them out!

Called 31 May to see GP. The first bookable appointment offered was 1 July! Called into the surgery 4 June, receptionist was very nice & managed to get the appointment scheduled for 26 June (phone call only). That’s very disappointing.

Need to reduce the waiting time to see a GP.
