For the question about appointments I clicked 'not at all' this lights up 4 stars, Why? I have just checked, if you click on not at all anywhere you give yourself 4 stars! what's the point of including' not at all' if it only works in your favour. Why are there no more Saturday appointments? why is it so difficult to get an appointment, today is Friday, I've managed to get an appointment for next Thursday, because I don't want to get up at 7.30 for an 8.30 apt, why is it not possible to see other doctors who does this benefit? certainly not me, I get no benefit from not seeing a doctor when I need one, not everyone can wait four days to see a doctor and not everyone can get up at the crack of dawn for an appointment, I think the service you now offer is only of benefit to yourselves and has deteriorated in the last 15 years. If I want to change my doctor I have to pick one at random because I'm not allowed to see them before making a decision, I'd really like to know the explanation behind this and how this benefits the patient!

My husband and I are new to the surgery, and my husband has very complicated issues, which they are trying to get round. however today all the stops were pulled out by both Nurse and Doctor to help him. Full Marks

GPs are human and greet you with a smile. They are always willing to discuss your concerns in a reassuring manner and give you a feeling of confidence that you are being cared for. The receptionists are all very professional and just add to the excellent service.

Smart, friendly, efficient receptionists Empathic, friendly GP's It would be helpful if, once an appointment has been made by phone, a text could be sent to conform the appointment.

Receptionists are very pleasant and helpful. The G.P. last seen was not helpful and did not show respect to a person mentally and physically unwell. We went elsewhere to get help where we were treated with kindness and a health problem was quickly identified after a thorough investigation. The correct treatment, which may involve surgery, is being discussed after results of a further scan are received.
