1).You are in effect triaged by the Receptionist - this is not good, they are not medically trained and seem, in my experience, to inappropriately prioritise routine conditions, or downplay medical events which should be treated more urgently. 2). The online appointment booking system is cumbersome and not particularly user friendly. 3).People skills of some staff could be considerably improved, a few would benefit from going on some form of anger management course - we all have tough and demanding jobs, but please don't take your frustrations out on patients...
