Everybody from the front line desk staff, nurses and doctors are caring and thoughtful in their approach to patients - well done, keep it up.
Peter Hogg - impressed with him and will prove to be an asset to the surgery - please keep him on.
Parking being abused. Having kept an appointment then go shopping and to their car later.
Unauthorised parking in disabled bays! CCTV?
