The receptionists are lovely.
It’s frustrating that they operate a call at 8am to get an appointment system. Those of us who work and are carers have no chance of getting an appointment. It would be good if they used technology more, video calls, online systems. Not a very forward thinking practice.

Dr didn’t listen and gave the impression they were working a production line.
