Reception staff are rude and unprofessional.. Like to make fun of people with mental health issues 2 in particular.. They tell lies all the time.. Got to book in with the GP when the GP has said to need to go through reception staff for repeat medication.. Put a comaint in and all of a sudden there on holiday for 2 weeks..

Have better staff who are well trained and don't chat about patients
