Really is an absolutely awful service. Reception staff abrupt, unhelpful and rude. Waiting time for the next “normal” Appoitment is FIVE WEEKS. Am told there’s a Hub we can call but that these appoitments are given out randomly at no regular times so would have to explain to my employer why I’m spending more time making calls to my doctors surgery in the hope of getting the timing right for a hub Appoitment then I am working. Have explained that I am trying to make an Appoitment two weeks in advance to get a prescription for medication that runs out in two weeks and which is not given on repeat. This is irrelevant. No appoitments until August.
