apart from maybe 1 gp and a nurse I saw, the staff are unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and uncaring. . I will be changing practices asap as I cannot take this level of incompetence anymore. 3 years is long enough.

Everything! Try going to a basic course on empathy and mathematics!
