My experience, as a patient at the Lilliput Surgery, has been very disappointing. They pay little attention, miss visits and don't seem to get involved in proper diagnosis.
This is a real shame because the surgery used to be a lovely place but now our treatment seems to be regarded as a cost to be minimised (and what better way than to ignore it?)
Shame on them.
