After an incident at work a colleague phoned the doctor surgery on my behalf to get an urgent appointment. The receptionists were excellent and dealt with this request politely and quickly by requesting I attend the surgery straight away. I was seen by Dr Turner within 15 minutes of arriving and was attended to in a thorough and sympathetic manner. There is no doubt that customer care is paramount at this surgery as I was given plenty of time to explain my symptoms and Dr Turner took the time to refer me to the hospital as appropriate. I moved into the area 6 years ago so I am able to compare this service with a previous medical centre and hands down this surgery is outstanding!
