Able to get appointment when necessary.
Friendliness of receptionists.
Being listened to by Dr Vermeyden, in particular and being involved in decisions.
Improved.
No improvements are needed, however, being able to call upon own practice doctors at weekends would be ideal but I do understand the difficulties in achieving this.
