I was an hour late fro my appointment(any error)and the GP still saw me- excellent service.

Appointment are sometimes difficult to get when ill need to see a Dr.
May not be seriously ill(ie) at deaths door. But need to see a Dr sooner rather than later.
Especial;y difficult for elderly and people working.

The surgery since the last year has become more unhelpful and a group of staff have left. It is no longer a friendly place and run purely like a business with no give and take when patients are desperate sometime to see a doctor.
Surely this is not progress?
