Appointment are sometimes difficult to get when ill need to see a Dr.
May not be seriously ill(ie) at deaths door. But need to see a Dr sooner rather than later.
Especial;y difficult for elderly and people working.

I have telephoned twice this month March 2015- today 16th March.
Staff always polite and helpful and likewise my Dr Chapman always attentive to medical need.
