We find the appointments system quite unhelpful, My husband was in the building but was told he couldn't make an appointment with anyone and had to ring in. I have to wait til 8am to ring in and then wait for someone to ring me back - there is then the possibility that I wont get an appointment but am already late for work as I should start at 8.30 and work in carlton which is an hour and half away by bus. also if I have to leave work to get to an appointment again I have an hour and half travelling.
