Phones calls are answered then put straight down. Staff demand respect from patients but don't treat them the same. Ask to speak to manager you'll be lied to and wait weeks with no contact. Cancer screening? Yeah they'll mess you about too. Poor mental health? Yeah this GP surgery has to be the worst in the country.

Everything. Your staf are so rude to young patients. No people skills or empathy at all. We are all numbers to you.

I walked in this morning and was given an appointment for this morning, excellent service! I later had an issue with my prescription but a different receptionist was really helpful and sorted out my issue, Nice ladies and very helpful, many thanks

If your call get answered then you can get an appointment usually we have to wait so long to speak to some one and very hard to speak to someone in surgery lines are too busy they should get more staff to answer our calls my suggestion.
