The receptionists are sensitive and very helpful, and the nurses are extremely competent. The GPs are kind and always sympathetic, as well as keen to help. The surgery has recently implemented aids to patient service by using the internet to make appointments and request repeat prescriptions and I find these very helpful. The more that can be done in this way to make it easier to access medical care the better. I would welcome the ability to email my GP. The car parking is dire but patients understand the constraints under which the surgery was built, and accept it's better to park elsewhere and walk to the surgery.
