What I like about the service is you are not rushed & everyone very friendly & caring. I am always happy to see which ever Dr is available & have recommended this surgery to several people in the past.
The only improvement I can think of is it doesn't seem to have a nurse working many days in a week, I waited quite a while to see one, which wasn't a problem to me, as was just BP check, but it may be a problem to some people who have to see a nurse often.
I had BP checked today, then told I need blood test, so have to make a 2nd appointment, which is fine, but this could have been done in one appointment. Just a suggestion.
