I am nearly 83 and have used the NHS since its inception in 1948. This practice is as good as it can be.
The mechanism for ordering repeat prescriptions works well but the only way I know of making contact for other reasons , short of telephoning or calling at the surgery is to send a letter. An email address used to exist but has now gone. A replacement email address would be helpful.
There is good liason between Dr Hiley and Dr Pickett, consultant in the Renal Department of Gloucester Royal Hospital
