Share review of Ledbury Market Surgery

I have always received excellent service from the practice. Recently I phoned at 8am for an appointment that day and was told 9.35 I arrived at 9.20 seen early at 9.25. The doctor was efficient and kind and took time to listen to what I had to say. All of the doctors at the practice share the same qualities. I have always had sound, reassuring advice and when hospital attention has been required the practice has started the ball rolling quickly.(Not sure the same can be said for the hospital but that is a different issue)!!! The receptionists are pleasant and helpful even when under pressure. All in all very pleased. Only downside is parking space but not sure that can be altered.
