Dr Saad is one of the best doctors in the surgery, he takes his time and listen to the problems and try to sort it out as soon as possible.

Surely it must be possible to have 1 Reception available, instead of closing for an hour lunchtime? This is the only time when some people can get to the Surgery to pick-up prescriptions etc. Over the last couple of years Leacroft seems to be run for the staff's convenience, rather than the patients needs.

Don't like the telephone appointment booking system, i would rather talk to someone face-to-face when asking for a routine appointment. The telephone should be for those who need to see the Doctor that day, not for follow-up/routine visits etc.

Clinical and administrative staff, friendly and helpful at all times. Treated as an individual not a number!!
